Resisting Erasure: A Virtual Exhibition

Throughout the fall 2019 semester, I, along with several other students, developed a virtual exhibition on the diverse strategies and tools that have been employed by LGBTQ+ people to resist the traumatic erasure they face. This work was done under the mentorship of Dr. Lauran Whitworth and can be found here.

In connection with this exhibition, I developed a timeline of prison pen pal programs that can be found here.

I also wrote a short piece about the impacts of prison pen pal programs on incarcerated transgender folks, based on one of the objects found in the exhibition, which can be found here.
